Our investments to date have focused on the seaside town of Portland, Maine. Portland is a town of 60,000 residents located in Southern Maine, two hours north of Boston. The city is the economic capitol of Maine and serves as the headquarters for many firms doing business throughout Northern New England.

505 Fore St Portland, Maine
Located in Portland’s Old Port and in close proximity to the Cumberland County Civic Center, 505 Fore Street is a mixed use commercial and retail space and 100 space parking lot providing monthly and event parking. Tenants include Certify, MaineBiz, Zapoteca, and Rivalries. The parking lot is one of the largest unencumbered lots in the core downtown area and offers an interesting opportunity for future infill development.
505 Fore Street was acquired in 2010 by North Atlantic Properties’ affiliate Cotton Street Holdings LLC.
170 Anderson Street Portland, Maine
Located in Portland’s changing Bayside neighborhood, the Anderson Street property is a 34,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse leased to Independent Electrical Supply. The building is well located off of Marginal Way with easy access to I-295 and Portland’s new Bayside pedestrian trail.
The property was acquired in April 2011 by North Atlantic Properties’ affiliate Bay Cove LLC.

136 Commercial Street Portland, Maine
Located in the heart of Portland’s Old Port district, 136 Commercial Street was acquired in 2004 and sold in 2008 to Carroll Block LLC. This 20,000 square foot building enjoys sweeping harbor views from the upper floors and is home to a variety of national and local office and retail tenants.
